As technology evolves, so do our browsing habits. With the emergence of Chrome Extensions , we have the power to customize and enhance our browsing experience. One such tool that has stood out in the realm of chrome extensions is a powerful torrent file manager, with an impressive aggregate rating of 4.01. In this article, we delve into the reasons behind the high rating and positive user reviews of this Chrome extension .

Outstanding Features of the Chrome Extension

This Chrome extension serves as a bridge between your browser and your remote or local Bittorrent client's web interface. Positive reviews highlighted the functionality and effectiveness of the extension. Users like Michael Krieger and Jason Ji applauded the tool's proficiency with various web interfaces. Others, like Daniel Van der Linden and Drag D., appreciated the seamless integration with QBittorrent webui and RuTorrent respectively.

On the other hand, some users like Noel Sanderson and Kuba Boháč faced challenges with the extension's functionality, citing that it did not perform as expected. These reviews highlight that while the extension has been largely successful, there are areas for improvement.

The Verdict: A Powerful Tool with Room for Improvement

Overall, the high rating and positive user feedback showcase the utility of this Chrome extension. Its unique ability to integrate with various WebUIs and cater to private trackers sets it apart from other similar tools. Despite some negative feedback, the extension remains a powerful tool, providing immense value to its users.

Works well with torrent files. May I suggest to enable magnet file downloading function as well? It would be much easier for me to manage the download stuff on Qbittorrent

this is outstanding

Daryl Bagley

It worked for me. I was confused to see the mixed reviews, and initially I thought the people saying it was broken were right, but I just had to go into options and add my server (qBitorrent) to get it working as expected.

Mc AbadBoy

not working!

Mike Stewart

Thanks for making this. It is working for qbittorrent (where as the other qbittorent extension didn't work)

Michael Krieger

This is fantastic. I disabled page content editing/monitoring (just paranoia) and kept the right click menu. Added my WebUIs and all is well. Note that some (ie: qBitorrent) have multiple versions. Tested with qBitorrent 4.5 and Transmission 4.00. Thank you!

Jason Ji

works great! (qBit & deluge)

Noel Sanderson

Doesn't work. Remove it from the store.

Kuba Boháč

Doesn't work at all. Doesn't do anything when apart from adding menu item in context menu.

Daniel van der Linden

Works great with QBittorrent webui. Found one problem: the notifications don't show in the browser but the sound effect does work.

Drago Draganov

Using it with RuTorrent and its amazing

Silver Lee

doesn't work
